How the Customization Process Works

1. Place your order and enter your custom text.
2. Within one business day, our designer will email you a preview showing how your board will look.
3. Need changes? You can request edits before final approval.
4. Once approved, we’ll start production. Boards are made in 3–4 business days (a bit longer during the holiday rush).

Tip: The sooner you reply to the preview email, the sooner we can begin board production!

Should You Get a Frame?

Not necessarily. Every magnetic board to display travel magnets is ready to hang as-is. But if you want a more polished, picture-frame look, a frame is a great addition.

Our minimalist wooden frames make it easy to match your board to your floors, doors, furniture, or other wall decor. Choose from four matte finishes:

• Beach Wood – Pale wood with a whitewashed finish
• Light Gray – Soft gray on light wood
• Walnut Brown – Walnut-style richness
• Wood Grain Black – Subtle black with visible wood grain

Hanging Instructions

We install durable metal hooks at the back corners—horizontal or vertical, based on your chosen orientation. To hang your board, just drill two screws into the wall. The two-point mount ensures your magnet board for wall stays stable and won’t wobble.

Important: These boards contain a steel sheet and are heavier than canvas prints. Always use strong screws (not adhesive hooks). Falling boards may cause damage or injury.

Will My Magnets Stick Through the Canvas?

Yes! The steel sheet holds magnets firmly, even through the canvas. We’ve tested it.

However, if your magnets are extremely weak and already struggle to cling to your fridge—they may not hold well here either. When traveling, look for magnets with solid strength (they’ll usually hold well on display stands in souvenir shops).

Care Tips for Your Magnet Board

Good things deserve good care. Here’s how to keep your aesthetic magnet board looking its best:

• Avoid dragging magnets across the surface—it can leave marks. Just lift and reposition them.
• Clean the canvas with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Wipe the wooden frame gently with a dry cloth only.
