Each map and board is handcrafted just for you in our Lithuanian studio. Please allow up to 4 business days for production.

Standard Transit Time:
Once your order has left our studio, standard delivery typically takes 4–11 business days. You will see a more precise estimate on the product page once you have selected all your attributes, and again at checkout.

Express Options:
We offer faster shipping alternatives; transit times for these vary depending on your destination. You will see a more precise estimate at checkout when you select the express shipping option.

Deliveries to regions like the Canary Islands, the Azores, or other remote locations may take longer than standard transit times.

Shipping costs depend on your location and the items in your order. Here is a breakdown of our pricing structure:

• European Union (EU):
  Standard delivery for maps and boards is free. Shipping costs for other items are displayed on the product page and at checkout.
• European Union islands (e.g., Canary Islands, Azores, etc.)
  Shipping costs and delivery times may be higher. Please note that in some cases, import duties or additional fees may apply depending on local regulations; we recommend checking with your local authorities for details regarding your specific location.
• United Kingdom (UK):
  Standard delivery for maps and boards is free, and no import fees will apply (DDP shipping). If you select a delivery option other than standard, import fees will most likely apply. Shipping costs for all other items (including pins, the Travel Journal, etc.) are displayed on the product page and at checkout.
• United States (US):
  Shipping fees depend on the product type and size. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, meaning all import fees are included in the price at checkout—no surprise costs upon delivery.
• Switzerland, Norway, Canada, & Other Countries:
  Shipping costs vary based on your specific location and product size. These will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Note that orders to these regions may be subject to local taxes and duties, which are not included in the price.

Remote Areas:
Please note that if a carrier classifies your address as a “remote area,” additional charges may occasionally apply; you will be notified of this at checkout or via email.

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt. Personalized and custom-made orders are not eligible.

All of our maps are carefully designed, handcrafted, and assembled in Lithuania. From printing and personalization to framing and packaging—everything happens in our own workshop, where we can keep a close eye on quality and craftsmanship.

Personalizing your item is a simple process designed to ensure you love the final result.

1. Choose your design and text: On the product page, select “Add personalization,” pick your preferred design, and enter your text in the field provided. If you’re adding a logo, attach your vector file (formats like .ai, .pdf, or .svg).
2. Receive a preview: Once you’ve placed your order, our designer will create and email you a digital proof of your personalized item within 24 business hours.
3. Approve design: Review the proof carefully. If you’d like any changes or find any typos, let the designer know. We’ll only start producing your order when you’ve given your approval.

Important: Once you’ve approved the design, production begins immediately. Any further changes may incur additional costs, so please make sure you’re completely satisfied before giving the green light.

We don’t offer fully custom map creations or individual color customization; each design has its own carefully curated look. Building something from scratch requires significant time and resources beyond our standard pricing.

That said, here’s what we can do:

• Personalization
  Add custom text, a legend, a quote, or a logo to any of our maps.
• Label adjustments
  We may be able to adjust place names or labels on a case-by-case basis. Changes may be declined if too complex.
• Removing decorative elements
  Certain details, like icons, can be removed upon request. Please email us to confirm, then mention it in the personalization field when ordering. Below is an example of an icon we can remove from the Safari design map:

Please note: any changes, even small ones, count as personalization and are priced accordingly. These adjustments also make the product non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Push Pin Travel Maps

Maps come with sawtooth hangers attached to the back corners. To hang, drill two screws into the wall and place the hangers onto them. No specific screws are required—just ensure they are sturdy enough to support the item’s weight. Sawtooth hangers give you flexibility: if your screws aren’t perfectly aligned, you can still adjust the map’s position once it’s on the wall.

If you prefer not to drill, adhesive hooks are an alternative, but they are not as durable. Whenever possible, we recommend drilling into the wall for a secure, long-lasting installation.

• Canvas & Paper Posters

Both ship rolled. For a clean, professional look, we recommend framing them or stretching the canvas over an underframe—canvas posters include 5 cm (2 in) margins for easy stretching. You can also attach the poster to a foam or cork backing board (from your local hardware store) for a sturdy display. Alternatively, hang them directly on the wall using clips or adhesive strips.

Push Pin Travel Maps come with a sturdy wooden underframe and are ready to hang right out of the box, no additional framing necessary. If you want a more polished, gallery-style look, you can add an external floating frame—this is purely for aesthetics and completely optional.

• Canvas & Paper Posters

Canvas and Paper Posters are unframed DIY options. They ship rolled in a tube and are designed for you to frame yourself, attach to a backing, or even hang directly on the wall. Canvas posters include 5 cm (2 in) margins on each side for stretching over your own frame. We do not offer additional framing for poster-format maps.

Our Push Pin Travel Map is by far the most popular format—and it’s what you’ll see in most of our product photos and descriptions. The canvas and paper posters are offered as more budget‑friendly alternatives.
